Leave a product or design review

Signed-in shoppers can rate and review standard products and catalog designs on the Nova Print storefront. Guests are prompted to sign in first.

Customer​

Product review​

  1. Open a product page (/product/{slug}).
  2. Open the Reviews tab (label includes the review count).
  3. If signed in and you have not reviewed yet:
    1. Under Write a review, set Your rating (stars).
    2. Enter text (Share your experience with this product…, max 2000 characters).
    3. Click Submit review (busy: Submitting...).
  4. If you already reviewed: You have already reviewed this product.
  5. If signed out: Sign in to leave a review → Sign in or create account (returns to this product via ?next=).

Design review​

  1. Open a design detail under Collections (/collections/{collection}/{design}).
  2. Open Reviews and submit the same way (Submit review / sign-in prompt).

Custom category models​

On custom print category pages, pick a model on the right first — reviews load for that model’s product, then use the same Reviews tab flow.

Staff​

There is no reviews moderation screen in Admin Ecommerce. Reviews are public once submitted. See Banners, SEO, and reviews.
